Course Description:This course provides a detailed overview of key statistical concepts necessary to understand the implementation and application of model-based drug development. Topics include: probability distributions, Bayes' Theorem, basics of matrix algebra, regression methods (linear, nonlinear, maximum likelihood, semi-parametric), multiplicity, missing data, sample size, power and trial operational characteristics. Concepts are illustrated with examples and assigned practice problems.

Computer Hardware/Software: This course requires a Windows computer with a web browser.
